This course introduces the learner to the foundations of nursing practice including legal and ethical considerations, evidence-based practice, critical thinking, and the nursing process. Students learn to access evidence about healthy lifestyle patterns and risk factors for disease/illness. Cultural competency, client centered care, interprofessional team dynamics, and reflective thinking are emphasized in this course. Note: $875.00 in Course Fees
