Project Management Strategy and Application

Catalog description

This course utilizes and expands upon the knowledge obtained from the previous th ree Project Management classes; specifically, taking a further look into Project Management strategy in regards to development, measurement, and execution of ‘best practices’ that allow for transitional success across all industries. Students will review current industry problems and learn how to build and implement a Project Strategy that meets and exceeds industry standards.
