Catalog description

This course uses the knowledge from MGT 371 and MGT 373 and takes an in depth look into project planning and project leadership. Students will learn how to develop and implement a project plan using numerous ‘best practices’. Additionally, students will examine the power dynamics ass ociated to managing a team and effective leadership styles and strategies for successfully leading a team.
