Catalog description

This course addresses key issues associated with end-of-life life issues faced by individuals with a terminal diagnosis across the lifespan. Emphasis will be placed on the cultural, ethical, and legal issues in end of life care; basic principles of palliative care and collaboration with members of the interdisciplinary team will be emphasized.
