This course concentrates on the process and strategies for collective bargaining for organizations that manage their workforce with a third-party labor union representing their terms and conditions of employment. The collective bargaining process will be examined from the lens of proposals, reaching agreement, and the regulatory landscape. The course culminates in students developing critical skills in the way of developing proposals to address organizational needs.
