This course focuses on the role of employee relations in maintaining positive employee – employer relations. Concepts in building a healthy and motivating workforce through employee engagement will be explored. The course will examine how individual, team, and company-wide policies and programs play an instrumental role in how an organization maintains effective relations with its workforce.
