Catalog description

In this course, students will examine compliance and legal areas for the cybersecurity manager in organizations. Students will learn about the role of the cybersecurity manager in addressing com plexities associated with compliance and legal obligations starting through the examinations of foundational laws and industry standards required in most organizations. Special topics include customer information safeguards and vertical industry analysis relevant to cybersecurity. Students will receive an overview of law enforcement and civil investigation of digital crimes.
