Psychology of Sport and Physical Activity

Catalog description

This course will be a unique opportunity to be exposed to sport/physical activity from the standpoint of psychological aspects contributing to participation and associated psychological outcomes of participation. This course examines psychological theories and research and their application to the sport/physical activity-related affect, behaviors and cognitions of participants as well as the individual and environmental factors which shape these outcomes. Pre-requisite: EDUV 650 or Co-requisite EDUV
