Research Issues in Education

Catalog description

The course content addresses a broad array of current issues faced by school building leaders and district leaders, including sharing leadership to collaboratively identify goals and objectives; the need to communicate effectively with parents, staff, students, community leaders, and community members. The role of a leader in comprehensive long-range planning in student and family relations will be discussed. The course will examine the current federal, state and local regulations as they impact on school program development and school change.
