Catalog description

This course introduces students to enrollment management, retention, and academic approaches to support student success. Topics include recruitment processes from a marketing perspective and the impact of financial assistance and scholarships on enrollment patterns. An understanding of student choice and decisions on attending an institution of higher education and the support structures needed to retain and support student persistence and completion is presented.
