Therapeutic Interventions II is a continuation and building on Therapeutic Intervention I, teaching the basic principles of therapeutic exercise, exercise progression, and standard protocols for aerobic and anaerobic exercise to affect flexibility, strengthening, endurance, coordination and balance. Students explore hands-on techniques, mobility exercises, and therapeutic exercises through theory, demonstrations, and supervised practice. Focus is on body mechanics, patient safety, and communication. Critical thinking skills are developed to assess interventions and adapt treatment plans.
