Catalog description

This course provides an in-depth exploration of the anatomical structures of the head and neck, with a focus on clinical application. Students will study the detailed morphology, neurovascular supply, musculature, and functional organization of these regio ns through lectures, cadaveric dissection, and imaging techniques. Clinical correlations, including common pathologies, surgical considerations, and neurological deficits, will be integrated throughout the course to reinforce the importance of head and nec k anatomy in patient care providing students with foundational knowledge for clinical reasoning.
