Catalog description

This course is designed to introduce the student to the normal anatomy and function of the central nervous system. This comprehensive course covers basic neuroanatomy and neurophysiology in both a lecture and laboratory format. The course builds on knowled ge of neural structure and function to encompass complex brain activities such as sleep, learning and memory, emotion, language, and cognition.
