FNP Role I – Adult/Geriatric

Catalog description

This seminar offers the opportunity to evaluate family health theories and concepts. Emphasis is on the development of the FNP in primary care and the integration of theoretical and methodological approaches to family health care. The family nurse practitioner’s role and function as a member of an interdisciplinary team are introduced as well as working with geriatric, unhoused and other vulnerable populations.
