In the final seminar, candidates will synthesize their learning by demonstrating mastery of reflective and evidence-based teaching practices. They will engage in comprehensive self-assessment through video reflections, peer review, and teaching portfolios and use high-leverage practices to adapt their instruction to support diverse learners continuously. This seminar emphasizes the candidate’s ability to foster culturally responsive, inclusive, dynamic, and resilient learning environments while connecting deeply with the principles of equity, diversity, and evidence-based instruction.
