Catalog description

This course is intended for students to understand the legal and ethical responsibilities and frameworks in pharmacy practice. It provides an overview of the federal and New York laws that impact the practice of pharmacy while emphasizing the legal and ethical principles applicable to daily decision-making. Students will be expected to apply the laws and regulatory requirements associated with dispensing prescription and non-prescription products.
