This course is designed to provide students with an understanding and appreciation of the main research trends and findings with regards to contemporary cognitive psychology and emotion science, with particular attention to the study of basic cognitive processes of attention and memory, the function of emotions, emotion regulation, and the role of cognitive mechanisms in the processing of affective.
