Catalog description

Self-defense course based on the Israeli system of Krav Maga. Students will learn how to protect themselves from various violent assaults. The course will help prepare students physically and mentally to deal with dangerous situations by developing awareness, reaction time, strength, power, speed and flexibility; all while learning striking and defense techniques for various scenarios.
