Catalog description

The Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine course will consist of a comprehensive study of Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation as it pertains to Podiatric Medicine in an office, clinic or hospital setting. It will include an extensive examination of methods, materials and skills. Therapeutic program development and treatment of patients will also be covered. The course will be given in conjunction with the Physical Therapy Clerkship in a block format to enhance student learning and understanding of concepts presented in this didactic course. Prerequisite: ORTP 619
