Group Counseling Theory and Practice

Catalog description

This course provides an overview of Group counseling theory. Counselors-in-Training (CITs) will explore and practice various counseling group techniques. CITs will be introduced to facilitator roles, group therapeutic factors, basic group skills, stages of group development, and integrate them with decision making, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
