Catalog description

This course is divided into two parts. One part covers the concepts of Database Management. QBE, relational algebra, SQL, normalization, and other advanced topics are discussed. The second part of the course is comprised of hands-on instruction in advanced features of Microsoft Access. This course is not a required course or approved elective for a Computer Science or MIS degree.
