Students gain understanding of how to facilitate and manage innovation and creativity in the workplace. This course covers theories of innovation and the creative process as well as practical applications analyzing successful and unsuccessful efforts. Hands-on practice managing innovation and the creative process, problem-solving role plays, and live cases will be used.
