Business Organizations I provides a broad overview of the fundamental concepts of business organization law. The course covers the law of agency, partnerships, limited partnerships, limited liability partnerships, limited liability companies and other forms of business enterprise. Students will learn about the formation and financing of the corporation. The course touches upon topics concerning the public corporation, but emphasis is placed on closely held businesses.
