This course introduces practical drafting skills for business and corporate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, employment and consulting agreements, computer software development contracts and other key documents. Includes an introduction to due diligence procedures, letters of intent, non-compete and non-disclosure basics, and drafting of alternative dispute resolution provisions.
