Catalog description

This course involves an in-depth review of the documents used in the purchase and sale of commercial and residential real estate, from contract to delivery of a deed. Students examine mortgage financing and mortgage foreclosure; regulation of real estate brokers; title insurance; condominiums, cooperatives, and homeowners’ associations; and income and transfer tax issues.
