Catalog description

This is the first half of a two-semester course exploring the American law of private property. Its principal focus is real estate, although it also touches on the law of other types of property. Among the topics covered are adverse possession of land, intellectual property, the fee simple and life estates, future interests, co-ownership of real property, and landlord-tenant law.
