Catalog description

This is a practical legal research course focused on the myriad research sources available for New York law. Topics include New York State legislation and legislative history; New York State agencies and administrative/regulatory law; county, city, village and town codes, rules and regulations; and New York State secondary sources. This course is intended to be taught in a condensed format: two hours per week for the first seven weeks of the semester.
