Catalog description

This course will use electronic databases to complete legal research using legal and non-legal sources. Students will use practical skills to apply their research to fact patterns. Students will examine how to research legislative history and administrative history. This is a course that emphasizes skills and is intended to help students develop a level of confidence in their research abilities. May also satisfy the AWR.
