Catalog description

This course will provide students with a working knowledge of the key federal statutes under which most white-collar offenses are prosecuted, to learn and/or reinforce key concepts of mens rea, and to learn those issues common to most white-collar cases which affect how they are investigated, prosecuted, defended and prepared for sentencing.
