This course is designed to develop students’ critical reading and analytical skills through active reader strategies and vocabulary expansion. College-level readings in Ethnic Studies provide the practice in the reading comprehension and critical thinking skills necessary to understand and analyze college texts across the curriculum. Fulfills the Ethnic Studies requirement.
