This course provides an overview of the functions, practices, and use of public relations in the professional workplace. It provides preparations for entry into the public relations profession. Issue analysis, electronic marketing, including press releases, press kits, brochures, and newsletters. Public relations planning, troubleshooting, communication theories and applications are covered in the course.
