Drug Information

Catalog description

In this experience, students will be exposed to academic drug information practice. Throughout the experience, students will demonstrate their ability to retrieve, analyze, and communicate appropriate information on medications and health care related issues to pharmacists, physicians, nurses, and other health care professionals. The primary responsibility of the students is to provide accurate, fair, balanced, and evidence-based responses to medical and drug information inquiries submitted by health care professionals.
