"The seminar prepares candidates in the SBL/SDL Leadership program for the New York State examinations required for certification as a School Building Leader and School District Leader. The seminar places emphasis on the practice of essential leadership competencies including Instructional Leadership, Family and Community Engagement, Fiscal Management, Ethics, Use of Data, and District-Level operations. Students are provided with test preparation materials."
