Catalog description

This course is a seminar review course that involves the synthesis and implementation of comprehensive treatment plans applicable to direct patient care. Emphasis is placed on the collation of diagnostic data, and the proper sequencing of treatment steps dealing primarily with the prevention, elimination, and control of dental disease. Clinical patient management and case presentation techniques are incorporated in the course design. Actual patient cases will be presented and reviewed for the students to gain insight and experience in case management.
