Catalog description

This course is a self-driven course for the student with a special interest in a chosen topic, field of study or patient population. The student is partnered with an instructor who is a specialist in the field and is tasked to complete journal articles, discussions and case studies related to the topic. In this online and distance learning course, the instructor will guide the student toward the goal of understanding both basic concepts and advanced problem-solving, clinical reasoning and treatment planning associated with the topic or patient population chosen.
