Catalog description
This course is a practical study of electricity, electrical hardware, and electrical test instruments used in the heating, air conditioning and refrigeration industry. Coursework includes instruction and practical application in basic electricity, troubleshooting circuits, interpreting schematics, power distribution systems, electrical control components, and motors. Lecture 2 hours/Laboratory 2 hours/Total 4 hours per week.
