MU 2401. Music Therapy Practicum I. Supervised clinical experiences with varied settings and clients to prepare students for music therapy practice. Engagement in basic clinical decision making and identification of aspects of the therapeutic relationship. Focus on therapeutic rapport building, observing, and musically/clinically assisting and/or co-leading in live sessions. Prerequisite: MU 1422 . Three to five practicum hours a week. Credit: One hour.
