NFS 4601. Literature in Nutrition and Food Science Seminar. Student presentations based on library or laboratory research projects. May be repeated for a total of three credits. Course content may include sensitive dietetics-related material. This course is part of the degree plan for the major of BS in Nutrition (Dietetics). As with all required courses, this course is contextualized and compliant with the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics requirements. The content prepares students for success on the Commission on Dietetic Registration Examination. Prerequisite: NFS 2323 or equivalent; or permission of the instructor. One lecture hour a week. Credit: One hour.
