MATH 4873. Real Analysis. Fundamentals of mathematical analysis: introduction to proofs, topology, convergence of sequences and series, continuity, differentiability, Riemann integral, sequences and series of functions, uniformity, and the interchange of limit operations; utility of abstract concepts and construction of proofs. Prerequisites: MATH 3013 and MATH 3104 . Three lecture hours a week. Credit: Three hours.
