ART 3333. History of Camera Arts. History of lens-based art forms, including photography, film and video, from the 19th century to present day. Changes in concepts and technologies of mechanical image reproduction as a key development of modern art forms. Study of examples of artwork from a variety of identities, perspectives, and cultures. Three lecture hours a week. Credit: Three hours.
