ART 2243. Introduction to Type and Image. Aesthetics, function, and history of typography in visual communication. Designing the integration of type and image for an intended message and audience. May be repeated once for additional credit (up to six hours credit). Prerequisites: ART 1203 and ART 2223 . Two lecture and four studio hours a week. Credit: Three hours.
