Catalog description

This course will begin to prepare the student to move into the nursing workforce by providing the knowledge, confidence, and competence to navigate through the transition from the nursing student role to that of the novice nurse. The state board of nursing website and the associated rules and regulations will be explored and discussed. Students will begin to explore the requirements for licensure. Students will begin resume building and preparation for interviews and job placement.
