Catalog description

Career-related activities encountered in the student's area of specialization offered through an individualized agreement among the college, employer, and student. Under the supervision of the college and the employer, the student combines classroom learning with work experience. Includes a lecture component. Additional Course Information Students are required to complete 352 hours total in the semester. It is recommended that a student completes 23.5 hours a week for the 15 week semester. The position and company must be pre-approved before a student signs up for the coop class. Employer reviews and hour logs are required.
