Infectious Disease Elective

Catalog description

This ward-based elective offers the student an opportunity to evaluate and care for patients with infectious diseases and to gain an understanding of the diagnostic and therapeutic procedures important in the care of these patients. Time for independent study will be allowed. (2 or 4 weeks) Limit 1 student, possibly 2 with prior approval.
