This course is a comprehensive review of legal aspects affecting sport, recreation and fitness industries. The range of review includes civil procedure, contracts, employment, leases, waivers, tort liability for coaches, administrators, emplyees, and independent contractors, 14th Amendment, Due Process and Equal Protection, product liability, and statutory regulation including Title VII, Title IX, ADA, Anti-Trust and IRS code.
