This course provides an opportunity for students and the instructor to discuss the effects of multinational operations on business strategy and decision making by exploring the economic, political, financial, legal, and social nature of the international environment. It examines maritime and transport related formulation, selection, and implementation of multi-national strategies in the context of business environment.
