Catalog description

This course presents the principles and regulations for transporting special refrigerated and hazardous cargo. It addresses the security of shipments from a regulatory, operational, and global business perspective. Students enrolled in this course will be trained to identify dangerous goods and know that they are to be stowed and separated according to the requirements. Students will also learn the hazards related to bulk cargoes and the precaution to take during their loading and carriage.
