This course presents problems and issues related to Logistics. Specially the description of the course includes functions, processess and objective of the logistics operation. Industrial distributor and its relationship to other channel members.It is designed to acquaint the student with the basic logistical functions (warehousing, inventory control, order proessing, customer service, packagining and transportation ). Explores techniques used in analyzing distribution costs as well as planning distrubtion sysems.
