This course introduces students to rehabilitation science healthcare career fields. Topics include the roles and responsibilities of certified athletic trainers, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other related careers. This course will discuss employment settings, pathways to board certification through professional graduate education, or through state licensure requirements. Students will also explore and learn to navigate the CAATE, CAPTE, and ACOTE websites to review and search for accredited graduate programs in rehabilitation science degrees like Athletic Training, Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy
