Catalog description

This course places significant emphasis on preparing Cadets for their Officer Basic Course, and their first unit of assignment. Cadets explore military professional ethics and ethical decision making process and how it applies to a complex operational environment. Cadets gain practical experience in cadet battalion leadership roles, demonstrate personnel skills in operations and communications develop and evaluate junior students and gain an understanding of the contemporary military operating environment.
